The Capital Markets team advises issuers (public and private), financial institutions and other participants on all types of capital markets transactions, including in relation to equity and equity-linked products, debt offerings and derivatives.

The members of the Capital Markets team have been working for a long time with regulators such as the Autorité des marchés financiers, the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel,  the Banque de France, NYSE Euronext and Euroclear France, allowing an optimal and smooth treatment of the transactions by such authorities.
