Collective negotiation within the business is the source of dialogue on employment matters.

Employee representatives play an essential role in collective employment relationships and in creating and maintaining a satisfactory employment atmosphere.

We therefore assist employers and businesses in the ongoing management of the rights, claims and obligations of employee representatives.

We advise them on matters they are considering which might have repercussions for working conditions, or for the individual or collective position of employees.

 

Our areas of practice

We advise our clients in the following areas:

  • Establishment of representative bodies of employees at national level and at international level (European Committee)
  • Management of relationships with representative bodies and their expert advisors
  • Collective negotiations within the business, the branch and group as a whole
  • Management of collective disputes
  • Disputes as to collective matters involving employee representatives (elections to representative bodies and union appointments)
  • Relations with the French department for health, safety and working conditions (CHSCT)
