At CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre, we consider that the integration of new lawyers and administrative staff constitutes an important step which stretches over several months or indeed years.
New joiners are welcomed by the members of the Human Resources Department and the department head on their first day.
All new joiners are introduced by the department head or partner to whom they report during a cocktail held for all members of the Firm. These cocktails are held three times a year at lunchtime.
Information meetings on the general running of the Firm are regularly organised by the Human Resources Department with the assistance of the Communications Department, Executive Management and legal doctrine teams for new joiners. These meetings are followed by drinks to which the members of the Executive Board and the heads of the support departments are invited.
Moreover, events are organised for members of the Firm by professional category, i.e., partners, senior lawyers, associates, administrative staff and secretaries.
In this respect, several integration weekends and days are organised which enable young lawyers to develop relations by taking part in recreational activities
