Marc-Etienne has a broad experience in advising corporate clients and financial institutions on capital markets transactions including:

• Debt offerings: plain-vanilla and structured bonds, EMTN and CP programmes, covered bonds, high yield, debt restructuring and liability management transactions
• Equity and equity-linked products: initial public offerings, preference shares, convertible and exchangeable bonds, warrants, certificates, secondary offerings
• Structured derivatives, with an emphasis on equity derivatives transactions (including structured financing, hedging and monetization transactions involving forwards, options and swaps)

Marc-Etienne is a regular speaker at the University and in seminars on equity and debt offerings.
