Our lawyers enjoy the support of our Doctrine Departments with their strong capabilities of monitoring, analysing and summarising the most complex tax, legal and employment issues
These teams are managed by first-rate professionals : Jean-Yves Mercier, Stéphane Austry and Alain Couret, Partners and, for the latter, Professeur Agrégé at Paris I University. Our firm enjoys also the participation of Alain Coeuret (Cergy Pontoise University), Melchior Wathelet (Leuven and Luik Universities, Belgium), Daniel Gutmann (Paris I-Panthéon Sorbonne) and Arnaud Reygrobellet (Paris X-Nanterre)as Of counsel. These departments notably carry out releases and studies
regularly addressed to clients who have subscribed a Permanent
Assistance Agreement with our firm.
Our lawyers meet on
a monthly basis in order to discuss about legislation and the most
recent precedents. These meetings are the scene of designing
appropriate and immediate implementable solutions for all activity
areas in which our clients are operating.
Within working
groups for each practice area, they set up opinion commitees to handle
particularly technical, delicate or sensitive issues. The firm's
opinion is therefore consistent, and recommendations are backed by all
parties.
