3rd edition of the 2007 CMS French-German Prize

awards French-German CMS Prize 2007

Created jointly by CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre and CMS Hasche Sigle, the French-German CMS Prize awards a post-graduate student, Ph. D or Business School, for a thesis or a training course report treating a legal or fiscal subject-matter in the French-German context

The French-German CMS Prize 2007 has been won by Nathalie Crucifix for her thesis on the following topic: "Between tax attractiveness and budget restraints: recent statutory developments of corporation tax system in Germany and in France, comparative law study".

25 year-old, Nathalie Crucifix is holder of a D.J.C.E. [Diploma of Business and Legal Adviser] and of a Magistère of French-German Lawyers from Robert Schuman University of Strasburg. She is the CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre Prize-winner in Insolvency Law and the Ernst & Young Best Tax adviser Trophy's one.

The awards ceremony took place Tuesday, the 20th of May 2008  at CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre in Neuilly-sur-Seine. This prize to award by Joachim Bitterlich, former ambassador and Executive Vice-President International of Veolia Environment.
23/01/07 - 2nd edition of the 2006 CMS French-German Prize

The 2006 CMS French-German Prize has been awarded on 23rd January; 2007 to Thomas Richter, student at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, for its study on the following topic: 'Comparison of civil companies in German Law and in French Law, in the light of the recent case law of the Federal Supreme Court' and given by Joachim Gres, Partner at CMS Hasche Sigle in Frankfurt.

The ceremony has taken place in Berlin, on the premises of the Baden-Württemberg State's Representatives under the sponsorship of Professor Reinhart, State's plenipotentiary Minister in Berlin and in presence of representatives of the political, diplomatic and business world.

Created jointly by CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre and CMS Hasche Sigle, this prize awards a postgraduate student, a Ph. D. student or a business school student, for a thesis or a training course report which treats a legal or fiscal problem in the French-German context.
