Quality
Our quality and rigor act as a guarantee of our professional practice
under the best circumstances. We were the first major business law firm
to have been granted ISO 9001 certification in July 1999 for our
advisory and litigation services in business law. The certification was
extended to the new version 2000 of the standard on 28 February 2002
and has been renewed up until 2006. This approach enabled us to:
- ensure the consistency of our procedures in a growing structure
comprised of numerous working groups specialised and organised in a
decentralised manner.
- apply methodology and planning to guarantee the rigour of our intellectual services.
- provide increased overall service quality to our clients.
Given that we had achieved a certain number of our objectives, we
have decided to cease our certification in February 2008 and continue
this overall quality approach independently based on the same
fundamental principles.
