A postgraduate degree in law or a diploma from a leading institute of higher education, supported by law studies (master's degree or doctorate)

| PERMANENT POSITIONS

Recruitment of students preparing the French CRFPA examination (or equivalent), interns who have passed the French CAPA examination (or equivalent) or experienced lawyers
Recruitment process:

Initial interview with the Human Resources Department

Second interview with the partner concerned
Mentoring based on :

Involvement in the partner's cases from arrival in the firm

Direct personal and telephone contact with clients

Participation in internal working meetings
Growing internationalisation:

After two years of experience, lawyers can be seconded to one of the offices of the 8 other member firms of the CMS alliance for three months.

Long-term secondment to one of CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre's 10 offices outside France for two to five years.
