Global Presence |
New York

For several years, CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre has taken an interest in the legal and tax issues faced by French companies and individuals in their dealings with America and Americans. The firm's growing practice in this area led to the opening of a New York office in 1987. Since then, the New York office has experienced steady growth revolving around two key areas, American corporate law and French and international tax law. Working in collaboration with the Paris (Neuilly) office as well as the firm's other offices around the world, the New York office provides clients with real cross-border services.
