Jonathan Selvadoray, Chief Representative
Jonathan Selvadoray joined CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre's Shanghai-based team in 2004. A Swiss national, he studied at the Universities of Friborg (Switzerland), Alabama (USA) and Hanover (Germany), where he was awarded a Masters Degree in European Law and a Certificate in International Public Law in 1995. He was admitted to the Berne Bar in 2000 and worked in the International Commercial Relations Department at the Federal Swiss Institute of Intellectual Property for two years, where he notably took part in negotiations relating to China joining the World Trade Organisation. He subsequently joined a Swiss law firm and was seconded to their Shanghai office before joining CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre Shanghai. His working languages are French, English, German, Spanish and Mandarin.
