Michel Collet is a local partner of CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre New York.
He is the head of the French tax department. His tax practice is concentrated on French and cross border mergers and acquisitions, structured finance, real estate investments and transfer pricing. Michel Collet and his team plan and structure French or European investments by US multinational corporations and high net worth individuals. Michel Collet is a frequent lecturer on French and international tax issues before numerous professional organizations including the American Bar Association, the International Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association etc. He is the author of a number of publications in Journal of International Taxation, Tax Notes International, EuroMoney and in various French publications.
Michel Collet joined CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre in 1994. In 2000, he joined Linklaters in Paris and London before rejoning CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre in September 2002 to head the French tax departments of the New York Office
