Jean Groux, Honorary Member of the Council of State, former Deputy President of the Litigation Division of the Council of State and Head of Tax Affairs, joined the Tax Practice Group at CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre as Of Counsel in 1999. He acts as a consultant on tax doctrine relating to the interpretation of legislation and litigation proceedings in the Firm.
Jean Groux joined the Council of State in 1981, where he primarily specialised in tax litigation, and previously served as Legal Advisor for External Relations for eight years at the European Commission.
