Jérôme Sutour, responsible for the financial services activity

Jérôme Sutour, lawyer, has joined the firm in june 2007 as responsible
for its financial services activity, a division of the firm's business
law services that covers banking, financial products and insurance,
real estate law and public law, intellectual property law and
information technology.
Jérôme
Sutour specializes in banking and financial law with a special focus on
investment services, investment funds including hedge funds and
structured alternative investment products as well as stock exchange
regulations and transactions.
Jérôme Sutour has a Master of Law
from the University of Montpellier and a Master of Law from Boalt Hall
(Berkeley). He previously worked as a Senior Associate at Simmons &
Simmons responsible for financial services business from 2000 after
spending three years at Linklaters.
